
Our coordinated team approach minimizes the worry of dealing
with a breast health problem. From the time you make your
first appointment, through any treatment or follow-up care
you may need, your breast care nurse navigator will be there
every step of the way. Whether you have questions about screening,
what your test results mean or what the next step in your
care should be, our specially trained navigator will steer
you through your treatment process.
We offer treatment options counseling through our Breast
Care Center. For individuals diagnosed with breast cancer,
our comprehensive Cancer LifeNet Program offers individual
and family counseling, patient education and support groups
all in one convenient location on the Upper Chesapeake Medical

Through Upper Chesapeake Health’s
partnership with the University of Maryland Medical System,
the Breast Care Center offers:
